This patient presented wanting to improve the overall aesthetics of his smile. The patient was unhappy with the appearance of his old composite bonding. Through discussion of the pros and cons of different treatments, it was decided to provide porcelain veneers. This was due to the better longevity of the material over composite bonding. We first provided the patient with at home whitening, this was followed by four porcelain veneers on the upper front four teeth. We also provided composite bonding on the upper canines, to improve the toothwear present here. The patient was very pleased with the final appearance of his smile. 

This patient presented with pain and was unhappy with the general appearance of her teeth. We first of all resolved the pain the patient was experiencing. We then looked to improve the aesthetics of her teeth. We looked at undertaking at home whitening first, to improve the overall colour of the teeth. Once the patient was happier with the overall colour of her remaining teeth and there was no more pain, we looked at improving the look of her upper front teeth. Through a combination of crowns and veneers, we improved the appearance of her upper front teeth. The patient was happy with the comprehensive treatment she received and the improvement in her dental appearance.
